COPPERTAIL UNHOLY TRIPPEL

Unholy. Our take on a traditional Belgian Style Trippel, but with American hops. Big, bold and dangerously drinkable. Complex fruit esters and Belgian yeast character, balanced by a soft malt sweetness, a balanced hop character, and a warming alcohol finish. TASTING NOTES: APPEARANCE: Golden color, minimal haze, active white head with good lacing. AROMA: Belgian yeast esters, floral hop notes. TASTE: Dangerously drinkable. PALATE: Medium to full palate with a lingering bitterness and soft sweetness. OVERALL: One of our Core beers and a fan favorite. Unholy is usually flocked to at festivals and samplings. This Trippel is traditionally brewed with a hoppy twist.
